As the Chief of Staff to Michael Carucci and Director of Operations for The Carucci Group, Derek Jesiolowski serves as the operational architect behind the team’s white-glove, concierge-level service. With a degree in Marine Engineering from Maine Maritime Academy (where he worked aboard transatlantic sea-going vessels) and an MBA from Boston College, Derek brings a rare blend of technical discipline and strategic foresight to Boston’s luxury real estate market.

His early career managing the complexities of a ship’s engine room instilled a deep respect for structure, systems, and precision under pressure. That mindset now helps drive TCG’s internal infrastructure, where Derek advises on macro-level strategy, and leads operational design and cross-functional execution. Known for his intense loyalty, exceptional critical thinking, and ability to anticipate needs before they arise, Derek ensures that the team operates with clarity, consistency, and long-range vision.
