as Boston-Suburb Specialist at The Carucci Group. Born in Boston and raised in Westwood, Devin’s local fluency is
rooted in lived experience, giving her an intuitive sense of what makes each suburban community distinct. After graduating from the University of New Hampshire with honors, Devin moved to San Diego, where she discovered her passion for real estate. She launched her career in tech sales, eventually leading operations at a real estate agency. This gave her a rare end-to-end understanding of client acquisition, service delivery, and operational execution.

Known for her warmth, agility, and natural ability to connect, Devin thrives in the moments that matter. Her
approach is equal parts strategic and relational, always centered on creating clarity and confidence for her clients.
