Mariana Campos is a Global Real Estate Advisor with The Carucci Group at SERHANT. Massachusetts and a graduate of Babson College, where she concentrated in Real Estate and Finance. She brings an entrepreneurial approach to the business, combining a background in finance and investment with a passion for design and architecture.
Her perspective comes from the institutional side. At CBRE she worked within Capital Markets, Debt and Structured Finance, underwriting and modeling real estate transactions. She later joined Morningside Capital, a real estate private equity firm, where she evaluated investments, analyzed financial performance, and conducted market research and acquisition modeling. In Madrid she worked in residential leasing and acquisitions, exploring opportunities to reposition underutilized assets. At Babson she served on the Executive Board of the Real Estate Club and as President of the CAPTURE Real Estate Program.
A former varsity tennis player, Mariana brings the discipline and resilience of an athlete to her work. She is drawn to what makes a property distinct and to the creative work of bringing out its potential, whether a commercial asset or a singular home.
